Our Mission:

To assist the poor, distressed, and underprivileged without discrimination of age, sex, race or religion the ability to obtain colonoscopy


Facts:

  1. Colon-rectal cancer—cancer of the colon or rectum—is the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States.
  2. In 2005, more than 53,000 people in the United States died of colo-rectal cancer (26,781 men and 26,224 women).
  3. Colorectal cancer also is one of the most commonly diagnosed cancers in the United States.

Where we service:

  • Currently we offer support in the Ventura, California region.
  • As we grow and donations increase we will look at moving outward to other counties and states across the nation.

How do I apply for assistance?

  • Contact the Community Memorial Hospital - Cancer Resource Center at 805-652-5459
